Job Summary: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and retention activities. The ideal candidate should be able to develop HR policies and practices that align with the company’s objectives and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and values.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues.
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies, including training and development programs, performance management, and career progression plans.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances and conducting exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, including turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee engagement levels.
- Manage HR-related administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and documentation, preparing reports, and handling payroll and benefits administration.
- Assist with business development activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, including employment law and regulations.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
